WESTLIFE

My Love lyrics
Songwriters: Elofsson, Jorgen Kjell; Nylen, Per; Kreuger, David Bengt; Magnusson, Per;

An empty street
An empty house
A hole inside my heart
I'm all alone, the rooms are getting smaller

I wonder how
I wonder why
I wonder where they are
The days we had
The songs we sang together
Oh yeah

And oh my love
I'm holding on forever
Reaching for a love that seems so far

So I say a little prayer
And hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue to see you once again
My love

Overseas from coast to coast
To find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green to see you once again
My love

I try to read
I go to work
I'm laughing with my friends
But I can't stop to keep myself
From thinking
Oh no

I wonder how
I wonder why
I wonder where they are
The days we had, the songs we sang together
Oh yeah

And oh my love
I'm holding on forever
Reaching for the love that seems so far

So I say a little prayer
And hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue to see you once again
My love

Overseas from coast to coast
To find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green to see you once again

To hold you in my arms
To promise you my love
To tell you from my heart
You're all I'm thinking of

Reaching for the love that seems so far

So I say a little prayer
And hope my dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue to see you once again
My love

Overseas from coast to coast
To find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green to see you once again
My love

Say a little prayer
Dreams will take me there
Where the skies are blue to see you once again

Overseas from coast to coast
To find the place I love the most
Where the fields are green to see you once again
My love

I really didn't get why my friends like singing this but now I get it. ;)

Play Fest 2010

November 30- December 03 2010,
A date that many would treasure for a long long time
It was their third year, the last one they're gonna have before having to let go things
For many of them it would be their last

Sweat, fear, frustration and a lot of hardwork
was put into a single presentation
that meant a big part in their academic achievement

Weeks and weeks of practice came to a lot of use
during those four days.
It really is weird that many people sacrified so much for just an hour or two presentation.

I saw so much in a lot of people during those times.
One batch of girls I wouldn't forget was the Batch 2011-2012.
It really wasn't that important in the eyes of normal citizens.

Assumption-Iloilo's Play Festival 2010, big deal!
To others yes but to these girls it's something they'd be offering their first drop of work.
It has been for a lot of years and it will be the same in the many years to come.

...........................................................................................................................................................................

The day that all had been waiting for has finally come.
First timers entered with stories from the mother land.
A New Yorker in Tondo, The Dolls that nobody wanted and The Five Star Angel.

Tales from the neighboring countries were brought about by the sophomores.
The fantastic tale of Anastasia, the glorific story of Esther and the undying myth of Shakuntala.
Three women with great will that became inspirations to a lot of women and to more.

Justice was given to Shakespeare's plays as the Juniors made a great performance.
St. Paul brought to life the magical forest and the fairies in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
St. John proved that even how worst matters can be there would always be a happily ever after in The Twelfth Night.
St. Peter gave meaning to the real power of love in their portrail of Much Ado About Nothing.

And in their last year, the seniors finished off with a bang.
A remake of the novel and movie "The Boy in Striped Pyjamas" was created by the year four MME as "The Girl in Stripped Pyjamas" which was a story about a german girl who died in a jew consentration camp.

MTE wrote an original playwright intitled "The Glass House".
A story about a family whose lives changed because of one unfortunate inccident.
It has a realistic view of how hard it is to have a child who has a mental disorder.

And lastly, what better way to end a play fest but with a musical.
A version of the broadway musical "A Chorus Line" was presented by year four MMA
and with the use of presently popular music like Fireworks and other hits they were able to give a spectacular performance.

Some battles were won but some were lost.
It was a hard and surprising awarding ceremony that Friday
many of us hoped that it was just a product of intense imagination or stress but sadly it was the truth, to win would have been better but we did bagged a lot of awards so it really wasn't a bad ending.

This has been the Play Festival 2010 and these are the memories I have of it.
It was nice having to be its audience but proudly being someone in it.

Who am I really

WHO AM I?
by
casting crowns

Who am I?
That the Lord of all the earth,
Would care to know my name,
Would care to feel my hurt.
Who am I?
That the bright and morning star,
Would choose to light the way,
For my ever wandering heart.

Bridge:
Not because of who I am,
But because of what you've done.
Not because of what I've done,
But because of who you are.

Chorus:
I am a flower quickly fading,
Here today and gone tomorrow,
A wave tossed in the ocean,
A vapor in the wind.
Still you hear me when I'm calling,
Lord, you catch me when I'm falling,
And you've told me who I am.
I am yours.
I am yours.

Who am I?
That the eyes that see my sin
Would look on me with love
And watch me rise again.
Who am I?
That the voice that calmed the sea,
Would call out through the rain,
And calm the storm in me.

Not because of who I am,
But because of what you've done.
Not because of what I've done,
But because of who you are.

I am a flower quickly fading,
Here today and gone tomorrow,
A wave tossed in the ocean,
A vapor in the wind.
Still you hear me when I'm calling,
Lord, you catch me when I'm falling,
And you've told me who I am.
I am yours.

Not because of who I am,
But because of what you've done.
Not because of what I've done,
But because of who you are.

I am a flower quickly fading,
Here today and gone tomorrow,
A wave tossed in the ocean,
A vapor in the wind.
Still you hear me when I'm calling,
Lord, you catch me when I'm falling,
And you've told me who I am.
I am yours.
I am yours.
I am yours.

Whom shall I fear
Whom shall I fear
Cause I am yours..
I am yours..

"A question that everyone asks and it bever gets answered most of the time."

Class Recollection: 3rd year Batch of 2011-2012

Please Hear
What I'm Not Saying

Jester mask Don't be fooled by me.
Don't be fooled by the face I wear
For I wear a mask, a thousand masks,
Masks that I'm afraid to take off
And none of them is me.

Pretending is an art that's second nature with me,
but don't be fooled,
for God's sake don't be fooled.
I give you the impression that I'm secure,
that all is sunny and unruffled with me,
within as well as without,
that confidence is my name and coolness my game,
that the water's calm and I'm in command
and that I need no one,
but don't believe me.

My surface may be smooth but
my surface is my mask,
ever-varying and ever-concealing.
Beneath lies no complacence.
Beneath lies confusion, and fear, and aloneness.
But I hide this. I don't want anybody to know it.
I panic at the thought of my weakness exposed.
That's why I frantically create a mask to hide behind,
a nonchalant sophisticated facade,
to help me pretend,
to shield me from the glance that knows.

But such a glance is precisely my salvation,
my only hope, and I know it.
That is, if it is followed by acceptance,
If it is followed by love.
It's the only thing that can liberate me from myself
from my own self-built prison walls
from the barriers that I so painstakingly erect.
It's the only thing that will assure me
of what I can't assure myself,
that I'm really worth something.
But I don't tell you this. I don't dare to. I'm afraid to.

mask I'm afraid you'll think less of me,
that you'll laugh, and your laugh would kill me.
I'm afraid that deep-down I'm nothing
and that you will see this and reject me.

So I play my game, my desperate, pretending game
With a façade of assurance without
And a trembling child within.
So begins the glittering but empty parade of Masks,
And my life becomes a front.
I tell you everything that's really nothing,
and nothing of what's everything,
of what's crying within me.
So when I'm going through my routine
do not be fooled by what I'm saying.
Please listen carefully and try to hear what I'm not saying,
what I'd like to be able to say,
what for survival I need to say,
but what I can't say.

I don't like hiding.
I don't like playing superficial phony games.
I want to stop playing them.
I want to be genuine and spontaneous and me
but you've got to help me.
You've got to hold out your hand
even when that's the last thing I seem to want.
Only you can wipe away from my eyes
the blank stare of the breathing dead.
Only you can call me into aliveness.
Each time you're kind, and gentle, and encouraging,
each time you try to understand because you really care,
my heart begins to grow wings --
very small wings,
but wings!

With your power to touch me into feeling
you can breathe life into me.
I want you to know that.
I want you to know how important you are to me,
how you can be a creator--an honest-to-God creator --
of the person that is me
if you choose to.
You alone can break down the wall behind which I tremble,
you alone can remove my mask,
you alone can release me from the shadow-world of panic,
from my lonely prison,
if you choose to.
Please choose to.

Do not pass me by.
It will not be easy for you.
A long conviction of worthlessness builds strong walls.
The nearer you approach me
the blinder I may strike back.
It's irrational, but despite what the books may say about man
often I am irrational.
I fight against the very thing I cry out for.
But I am told that love is stronger than strong walls
and in this lies my hope.
Please try to beat down those walls
with firm hands but with gentle hands
for a child is very sensitive.

Who am I, you may wonder?
I am someone you know very well.
For I am every man you meet
and I am every woman you meet.

By Charles C. Finn

"This day is very meaningful, for today I was one with my class and I am happy that I became myself. I was able to understand that I'm not the only one who wants to be loved and accepted for who we truly are. Life has always been complicated and not being able to understand yourself makes it a billion times harder but today I realize that I have been wrong in so many things. I have been wrong in thinking that what I did was useless, that I was useless and that the people around me can never understand me. But I was wrong, these people might be different but no matter how we try to random things up, the fact that they are a teenager just like me and the're daughters and sisters just like me and that the're a friend just like me and lastly they are a girl just like me."

He's Beautiful

Park Shin Hye Without Words lyrics in Korean, Romanization and English translation.

(I love this song so much !!! I can't get it out of my headXO
Call me crazy but I totally cried when I heard this.
Oh and PS: LOve it even in English:))

English Translation Korean Romanization

I shouldn’t have done that,
I should have pretended not to know
like I didn’t see it, like I couldn’t see it
I shouldn’t have looked at you in the first place

I should have run away
I should have pretended I wasn’t listening
like I didn’t hear it, like I couldn’t hear it
I shouldn’t have heard your love in the first place

Without a word, you made me know what love is
Without a word, you gave me your love
Made me fill myself with your every breath
Then you ran away

Without a word, love leaves me
Without a word, love abandons me
Wondering what to say next
My lips were surprised
It came without a word

Why does it hurt so much?
Why does it hurt continuously?
Except for the fact that I can’t see you anymore, and that you’re not here anymore
otherwise, it’ll be just the same like before

Without a word, you made me know what love is
Without a word, you gave me your love
Made me fill myself with your every breath
Then you ran away

Without a word, love leaves me
Without a word, love abandons me
Wondering what to say next
My lips were surprised

Without a word, tears starts falling down
Without a word, my heart is broken

Without a word, I waited for love
Without a word, love hurts me
I’ve become transparent, I’ve become a fool
and I cry just by looking at the sky

Without a word, separation finds me
Without a word, the end comes to me
It tool my heart by surprised
To send you away unexpectedly
It came without a word

Without a word, love appears
Without a word, love vanishes
Like a fever I’ve had, maybe all I have to do is hurt for a while
Because in the end, the only thing that remains are scars

Scooby dooby doo!

You meddling kids!
A line made famous by the 1969 animated series Scooby-doo, Where are you?
Even though years have past remakes are still famous until today.
The story of four teenage detectives who travels around in their Mystery machine with a silly brown black spotted dog named Scooby to solve strange mysteries is very appealing to the young and to those young at heart.
I remember watching it on saturday mornings when I was still little.
I used to just like watching it because it was funny and, well cartoon.
Hey! Who kid dosen't.But now that I'm fourteen I still can't believe I still watch it and I still long to watch the series and movies.
Also I learned to look at it in a, let me say, sophisticated way that's right for my age.
I realize that Scooby-doo is a kid's version of the teens' Nancy Drew or the adults' Sherlock Holmes.
Different but yet special. The idea of being detectives as a hobby and part time job is, well, fantasy but who knows maybe in time a true group of meddling kids with their brave K9 will arose and they'd be the living Scooby-doo gang.

Characters:

Shaggy Vilma Scooby-doo Fred Daphne

Marley and Me

An ambitious young reporter, John Grogan, and his wife, Jenny, also a reporter, move to a Florida, buy a house and adopt a Labrador puppy they name Marley. Marley quickly becomes a rollicking force of nature in their lives.
This film will show how much even a dog can do to a person's life.It will make every little heart cry and it will make every person with a pet acknowledge his dog, parrot, guinea, snake and every other pet.It made me see how strong the bond is between a man and a family to a special family Dog.Marley isn't just a dog. He was a member of the
family and he was a great friend. As a dog he became the best there ever was un
til his last breath. We can see Marley in our own lives maybe not as a dog but a friend or a brother.

Can't help falling in love

Elvis Presley Can’t Help Falling In Love Lyrics

(words & music by george weiss - hugo peretti - luigi creatore)

Wise men say only fools rush in
But I can't help falling in love with you
Shall I stay
Would it be a sin
If I can't help falling in love with you

Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you

Like a river flows surely to the sea
Darling so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand, take my whole life too
For I can't help falling in love with you
For I can't help falling in love with you

The never dying song

Titanic - My Heart Will Go On Lyrics
Album:

Celine Dion

Every night in my dreams
I see you, I feel you
That is how I know you go on.

Far across the distance
and spaces between us
You have come to show you go on.

Near, Far,
wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.

Once more, you opened the door
And you're here in my heart,
and my heart will go on and on.

Love can touch us one time
and last for a lifetime
And never let go till we're gone.

Love was when I loved you,
one true time to hold on to
In my life we'll always go on.

Near, far,
wherever you are,
I believe that the heart does go on.

Once more, you opened the door
And you're here in my heart,
and my heart will go on and on.

You're here, there's nothing I fear
And I know that my heart will go on.
We'll stay, forever this way
You are safe in my heart

and my heart will go on and on.

Spirited Away

It's back!
Hey ! Any body remember this?

We use to watch this when we were little but we never got a chance to finish it.
Remember when her parents turned to pigs?
If you still want to know about it check out this website:
http://www.freewebs.com/spiritedawayfansite/beginyourjourney.htm

"A very young girl named Chihiro and her family hit the road to get their new home one day, until with her father's insistance they found themselves lost. It wasn't until they found a strange tunnel that they got out and had a look. Its darkness went on and on. Despite their daughter's refusal to go in, Chihiro's parent's curiousity over-took them and they began to explore. It wasn't long until the tunnel finally stopped and Chihiro found herself in the middle of an abandonned theme park. Her parents had picked up a strongly tempting smell of ready cooked food, and began to eat greedily. Again, Chihiro refused with a demanding conscience. The daylight began to fade as she settled herself on a bridge elsewhere, when suddenly a small boy her age came running towards her, desperatly ordering her to leave. Many dark shadows began to appear and she ran back to her parents in fright, but to her terror they had been transformed into pigs. She tried to escape back to the tunnel, only to find the place had been flooded and her way was blocked."

"A ship appeared out of nowhere and ghostly figures depart from it. The boy comes back and leads her to safety. He gives her his name, Haku, and tells her she must try and get a job if she wants to be safe. On her journey, she meets me, the NoFace, and as i offer her gold she refuses and carries on. By this time i am feeling very hungry. Chihiro soon gets a job and her first task is to help a very smelly guest. He is lead to a bath house and is thouroughly cleaned with great difficulty, but the task is soon over and Chihiro teaches others many things. After many more challenges and tasks, Chihiro soon understands things about the land she never knew, and everything finally becomes clear."

The Mission by Steve Green

There's a call going out
Across the land in every nation
A call to those who swear allegiance to the cross of Christ
A call to true humility, to live our live responsibly
To deepen our devotion to the cross at any price

Let us then be sober, moving only in the Spirit
As aliens and strangers in a hostile foreign land
The message we're proclaiming is repentance and forgiveness
The offer of salvation to a dying race of man

Chorus:
To love the Lord our God
Is the heartbeat of our mission
The spring from which our service overflows
Across the street
Or around the world
The mission's still the same
Proclaim and live the Truth
In Jesus' name

As a candle is consumed by the passion of the flame
Spilling light unsparingly throughout a darkened room
Let us burn to know Him deeper
Then our service flaming bright
Will radiate his passions
And blaze with holy light

Chorus

Chorus

Be True To Your Heart

True to Your Heart (Single)

Vocals: 98° and Stevie Wonder
Music: Matthew Wilder
Lyrics: David Zippel

Baby, I knew at once that you were meant for me
Deep in my soul I know that I'm your destiny
Though you're unsure why fight the tide
Don't think so much, let your heart decide

Baby, I see your future and it's tied to mine
I look in your eyes and see you searching for a sign
But you'll never fall till you let go
Don't be so scared of what you don't know

(Chorus:)
True to your heart
You must be true to your heart
That's when the heavens will part
And baby, shower you with my love
Open your eyes
Your heart can tell you no lies
And when you're true to your heart
I know it's goona lead you straight to me

Someone ya know is on your side, can set you free
I can do that for you if you believe in my
Why second-guess what feels so right
Just trust your heart
And you'll see the light

(repeat chorus)

Your heart knows what's good for you
Let your heart show you the way
It'll see you through

Girl, my heart is driving me to where you are
You can take both hands off the wheel and still get far
Be swept away
Enjoy the ride
You won't get lost
With your heart to guide you

(repeat chorus)

When things are gettin' crazy
And you don't know where to start
Keep on believin', baby
Just be true to your heart
When all the world around yu
It seems to fall apart
Keep on believin', baby
Just be true to your heart

A Titanic Ending

"TITANIC"

After winning a trip on the RMS Titanic during a dockside card game, American Jack Dawson spots the society girl Rose DeWitt Bukater who is on her way to Philadelphia to marry her rich snob fiance Cal Hockley. Rose feels helplessly trapped by her situation and makes her way to the aft deck and thinks of suicide until she is rescued by Jack. Cal is therefore obliged to invite Jack to dine at their first-class table where he suffers through the slights of his snobbish hosts. In return, he spirits Rose off to third class for an evening of dancing, giving her the time of her life. Deciding to forsake her intended future all together, Rose asks Jack, who has made his living making sketches on the streets of Paris, to draw her in the nude wearing the invaluable blue diamond Cal has given her. Cal finds out and has Jack locked away. Soon afterwards, the ship hits an iceberg and Rose must find Jack while both must run from Cal even as the ship sinks deeper into the freezing water.

It was finally released on December.19, 1997 starring Leonardo di Caprio and Kate Winslet.

The Graduation Song: Lift Me Up by Geri Halliwell

"Lift Me Up"

Watch the first light kiss the New World
It's a wonder, baby like you and I
All the colours of the rainbow
Going somewhere, baby like you and I
It's going to be alright
But when my clouds sky over

(Lift Me Up) When the day is over
(Take me up) When the sun is going down
(Show me love) I will be your angel now
(Lift Me Up) When the lights are fading
(Talk me down) When I'm flying way up high
(Show me love) And I'll be your angel for life
Your angel for life

Like the seasons ever changing
Everlasting baby, like you and I
It's going to be alright
But when my sky clouds over

(Lift Me Up) When the day is over
(Take me up) When the sun is going down
(Show me love) I will be your angel now
(Lift Me Up) When the lights are fading
(Talk me down) When I'm flying way up high
(Show me love) And I'll be your angel for life
Your angel for life

No matter where we run
Who knows what we will become
Is there a world we know
Where life will naturally

(Lift Me Up) When the day is over
(Take me up) When the sun is going down
(Show me love) I will be your angel now
(Lift Me Up) When the lights are fading
(Talk me down) When I'm flying way up high
(Show me love) And I'll be your angel for life

CATS

I've never been to me by Charlene

Hey lady, you lady, cursing at your life
You're a discontented mother and a regimented wife
I've no doubt you dream about the things you'll never do
But, I wish someone had talked to me
Like I wanna talk to you.....

Oh, I've been to Georgia and California and anywhere I could run
I took the hand of a preacher man and we made love in the sun
But I ran out of places and friendly faces because I had to be free
I've been to paradise but I've never been to me

Please lady, please lady, don't just walk away
'Cause I have this need to tell you why I'm all alone today
I can see so much of me still living in your eyes
Won't you share a part of a weary heart that has lived million lies....

Oh, I've been to Niece and the Isle of Greece while I've sipped champagne on a yacht
I've moved like Harlow in Monte Carlo and showed 'em what I've got
I've been undressed by kings and I've seen some things that a woman ain't supposed to see
I've been to paradise, but I've never been to me

[spoken]
Hey, you know what paradise is?
It's a lie, a fantasy we create about people and places as we'd like them to be
But you know what truth is?
It's that little baby you're holding, it's that man you fought with this morning
The same one you're going to make love with tonight
That's truth, that's love......

Sometimes I've been to crying for unborn children that might have made me complete
But I took the sweet life, I never knew I'd be bitter from the sweet
I've spent my life exploring the subtle whoring that costs too much to be free
Hey lady......
I've been to paradise, (I've been to paradise)
But I've never been to me

(I've been to Georgia and California, and anywhere I could run)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to Neice and the isle of Greece while I've sipped champagne on a yacht)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to cryin' for unborn children that might have made me complete)
I've been to paradise, never been to me
(I've been to Georgia and California, and anywhere I could run)
I've been to paradise, never been to me

The First Incounter

Lights...Silence...
Breath in... Breath out
Relax, I tould myself as I step on stage.
It was my first time.
Not to be on stage nor to be watched.
It was my first time to act.
I always saw what directors tould the actors.
I read it in books.
I heared it a million times in television.
Who would have though it will be this hard!

I'd have to be the character and not myself.
My heart was pounding.
"I memorize it all ready so what could go wrong?"
I said to myself, pretending to be strong.
This is it. All eyes are on me now.
I have to do it. I have to do all that I can.

"the raven himself is hoarse"
"that croaks the fatal entrance of Duncan"
don't slip! don't slip
wait! next line, next line
"under my battlements. Come you spirits..."
............................................................................
"great Glamis! worthy Cawdor!
greater than both, by the all-hail hereafter
thy letters have transported me beyond this
ignorant present and I feel now the future
in the instant."

Bow.
wait! is this applaud?
I was good?
How?
I still can't believe it myself.
After that I kept saying to myself that
I made it when everything I saw was blank on stage.

It was my first incounter with the stage.
It was my first incounter with acting.
It was my first incounter with myself.

A Song of Forever

Their songs are today's ruins.
Like any other ruins,
they are old and seem to be ignored.
We see them gone, most of us
don't recognize them.
We hear their song from time
to time but we don't know them.
All that we know is that
they're famous, at least they were.
We hear our parent's sing them,
we sometimes do as well.
And like any other ruin, we might
not see it, they are important.

Without ruins how are able to build great buildings.
If the giza pyramids weren't there how do you expect
the other modern buildings came to be.
If Dracula wasn't wrote could Twilight have existed.
All of them are ruins and if they weren't there
, where would have our singers gone?

Without The Beatles do you think
there would be The Jonas Brothers?
Without Madonna could Lady Gaga be famous?
Without Bon Jovi could
there have been an Arnel Pineda
and Jovit Baldivino?
And without Celine Dion could
there have been a Charice?

They are ruins, ruins of the music world.
They might not be known to us but their music will.

Hey! MICKEY!

Mickey Mouse has been a favorite in the cartoon world for so long. He has inspired a lot of us
in recognizing the power of imagination.
He and his gang has been a
child's love and an adult's as well.
His shows like Good Morning Mickey!,
Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and

House of Mouse had been an all time favorite.
For so long Mickey has been with us
and as time pass by we have change and so has he.
Evolution took place but there
was something in Walt Disney's
creation
that made Mickey immortal in our hearts.
I am not ashamed to say that
until now I watch his shows, hey! who wouldn't?
Mickey's gonna live longer than we'll ever do.
For me, I can't live without watching
his show at least once in a vacation.
Mickey is great.
He might not be true but he'd live.

I'd say...!

They say she is weird.
I'd say she's kind.

They say she is proud.
I'd say she's fine.

They say she is loud;
Like I would mind.

They say she is great.
I'd say " that can't be deny".

But if she is of what they say
I'll still have her for she is my sister
And that is something that will forever stay.
